Wrington Web Archive Investiture - Buckingham Palace  Thursday, 14th December, 2006

			The Editor of the Wrington website, Richard Thorn, receiving the insignia of the MBE from the Prince of Wales, who commended the work of the website in keeping Wringtonians around the world in touch with village matters, and the Wrington Cyber room for enabling parishioners, especially older people, to acquire computing skills . Afterwards, family and friends of recipients patiently awaited their turn in the inner quadrangle for the attentions of the official photographers !
