After a well-received première on Tuesday, 22nd February, John Rata, a student from Churchill, presented his film, Wartime Wrington to a highly appreciative audience in the Scout hall attending the Saturday matinée. John was introduced by scouter Tony Harden. | ||||||||||||||
Using mainly contemporary interviews with Wringtonians who'd lived in the village during the war, John also drew on a range of photographs and slides he'd been loaned.
