In response to feedback from our patient survey, we have upgraded our telephone system to provide a more streamlined way to direct incoming callers. You now have the option to go straight to the service you wish to access, by pressing one of a limited range of options (4 only). For your
convenience, we have kept things as simple and straightforward as possible.
Frequent callers will soon learn which option is which, so will be able to press the relevant key and bypass the opening welcome message rather than having to listen to it time and time again - which was a main cause of complaint in the patient survey.
Our telephone numbers remain as before.We hope you will find the upgraded system helpful to you: we have introduced this upgrade in direct response to what you the patients have fed back to us in the patient survey.
