When Lynne and Frank get home, Frank doesn't know what to do ... beyond saying sorry ...
... "But for me to hear from Geraldine ...                        ... it was all so humiliating" ...
... "But you're going to be Lady Macbeth ... "O, thanks for telling me" ... "And Frank's to play Macbeth" ...

... the dagger ...                                  ... the blood ....                     ... the knocking starts ...
... at the casting evening, Barnaby reads ... and fails ... ... despite his longing to be directed by Michael ...
... Alan's jokes still fail to move Fiona ....                 ... but Alan still asks 'the boss' to find a part for her ...
...Michael announces there'll be many extra rehearsals ..   ... which goes down like a lead balloon ...
... Geraldine arrives late and, sure of her part, starts rehearsing it ...      ... as does Lynne at home ...
... whilst Michael blocks out the moves ...                   ... Frank turns up to see, not Michael, but Lynne ...
... who says they must act professionally despite their feelings ... so Frank says he'll have to leave the cast ...
... Lynne assures him Michael will notice nothing ... but Frank says he'll ring him at work in the morning ..
