	Over the past few years we have seen the value of pork halve while the retail price has increased. This is the reason why we have decided to market our pork direct to you. By cutting out the middle man we can offer the customer a quality product at a realistic price. A product locally produced in a caring, free- range environment with traditional ideas. All the animals are reared on a home grown and homemade cereal ration and are guaranteed drug free. ~~~~~~~~

	Each pig is prepared, chilled, vacuum packed and labelled by Master Butcher J. Lyons of Mendip Butchers. It is then delivered direct to your door ready for the oven or freezer. *Prices are subject to market fluctuations Please remember that pork has a freezer life of up to six months and still retains its full flavour but ideally it is best eaten during the first three months.
