The WI were selling teas like hot cakes .... and on the Market stall ...... cakes

There were newcomers like the Freeways stall ...

and firm favourites like Val Yeoman's views of Wrington

The Choral Society had bean bags to be thrown through
holes ...

.... whilst Tina Gue and Ann Dale were wanting you to win a camera, possibly to use in their upcoming Millennium Community Photography Project

and Humpty Dumpty and some pals were recruited to raise funds for the village Millennium Stone
Babies and toddlers - and some mums and dads - took time out from working the stalls

a good time was had by all, though some of us found it a little tiring by the end
