| At the request of the Fair Committee, Wrington Vale Choral Society, directed by Lloyd Buck and accompanied by Sue Clark, sang at the evening service to conclude Wrington Fair Week 2007. The service was conducted by the Rector, the Revd Nicholas Maddock, and the preacher was the Rt Revd Peter Maurice, Bishop of Taunton. The music included Anton Bruckner's Locus Iste, the setting in C by Stanford of the Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis, and the anthem Above all Praise and Majesty by Mendelssohn. |
